So What Did You Buy?

iTunes and Diet Coke have been having a promotion in the UK where you can get 5 free tracks off iTunes if you buy bottles of Diet Coke.

I bought
  • Nena - 99 Luftballons
  • The Human League - Don't You Want Me
  • EMF - Unbelievable
  • Mel Brooks - Springtime For Hitler
  • M.A.R.R.S - Pump Up The Volume.
So, what did you buy?

  1. Pump up the volume is a classic :-)
Did EMF seem slower when you heard it this time round, or is it just me?

I'm saving mine up to download an album - but downloaded "my chemical romance" black parade for the small person :-D

  2. Hmmm, I haven't decided yet, though PutV is a fine choice. Ah, I have it on 12" somewhere, too. A rather chilled remix with lots of whishy-whoosy noises.

For some reason, I felt in the mood to try and *cough* accquire 'Clutching at Straws', why, I dunno, over the top of SfaJT, too.

Actually, PutV is a good idea.

/me wanders off to maybe buy it

  3. I was going to download a few songs from a bunch of different artists (scisor sisters, madeleine peyroux etc), but thought that I'd probably buy the albums at a later stage anyway, so opted to increase my Humphrey Lyttelton collection instead :)

  4. Jb - Think it must be you!

ST - I failed to buy it when it first came out due to lack of funds, it's being able to pick up stuff like this that makes iTunes so fab.

Magpie - Me too except the Humphrey Lyttelton bit ;) I've had to steer away from stuff where I will be buying the album.
